Outstaffing  is a HR technology when a service provider company employs the existing staff of the client company. (Herewith) all the rights and duties of the employer are transferred to the service provider, while the employees themselves continue to work at the same place and perform their functions.

In other words, Outstaffing takes place when the company transfers a part of its employees to another organization, while employees continue to work at the same place and perform their former duties.

In simple words, we employ staff of client company and take all the responsibilities for the wage calculation and payment, taxes, HR management.

Outstaffing exists in three forms:

staff Leasing

the selection of temporary staff

removing personnel from the staff

 consultations (employment in the agency, recruitment of staff for the needs of the client company).
